Set of manuscript orchestral parts. Parts for piano, 1st violin, 2nd violin, viola, bass, flute, clarinet, 1st cornet, trombone, drums, cornet on stage, and trombone on stage. The part books contain 15 numbered items, which include overtures, curtain tunes and entr'acte music. Most of the music is printed, with the composers and titles of compositions cut away or obscured by pasteovers. Printed music includes: the Pilgrim's chorus and Song to the evening star from Wagner's Tannhä̈user, both arranged by Theo. Moses, Victor Herbert's "Yesterthoughts," arranged by Otto Langey, L.M. Gottschalk's "The dying poet," arranged by Geo. Loesch, and an unidentified composition by Franz Schubert.
